How do I purchase from your shop?
Hover over the product images on the Shop page or visit the product page to see the “add to cart” selection. If you have successfully added the items, you will be able to view them in your cart. You may then proceed to checkout using our secure Stripe payment gateway.
The shop is acting weird and I can’t seem to use it.
In some cases the images may not display properly due to browser incompatibility. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are having any difficulties. Please be advised that currently, MilqueDoll only ships to select countries.
Do you ship to my country?
MilqueDoll is currently located in the United States. International countries we ship to are: Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Australia.
How do you package shipments? Is there tracking or insurance?
The string-jointed series are packed securely into a 15″x15″x6″ box and shipped via UPS with tracking.
How long do shipments take to arrive?
Domestic shipments have a 3 business day processing time and are estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days after. International shipments have a 4 business day processing time and are estimated to arrive within 10-25 business days.
Can I cancel or return items?
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Partial returns are permitted if the item arrives damaged upon arrival (contact within 5 business days with photographic proof).
How much is charged for shipping?
Shipping within the United States costs +$20 and international shipping costs +$30. Local pickup in Manhattan is available for New York residents. If you select Local Pickup, I will contact you via email to determine a local Post Office where you can pick up your purchase.

How do I pre-order?

Do you accept custom commissions?
At the moment, only custom face-ups may be requested.
DOLL MATERIAL & SIZE INFO
How are the dolls made?
All Milquedolls are cast in resin. Stone clay is initially used for sculpting the prototype, after which silicone molds are made. Each casting is then sanded, drilled, painted and assembled.
What art materials do you use for faceups?
A combination of pastels and acrylic airbrushing is used for the body and face painting. The painting is then sealed with a fixative.
What are the doll measurements?
For the string-jointed series, the dolls measure ~30cm and they are placed in 11″x13″ hexagonal shadowbox environments. Each doll is fixed into a particular pose with high-grade epoxy.
